What size projects do you construct?

Utschig, Inc. has constructed over 7 million square feet of various sized projects. Currently our largest project was a 500,000 square foot warehouse/cooler built for WOW Logistics in Hobart, Wisconsin. The smallest project was a remodel project for Alta Resources in Neenah, Wisconsin.

What part(s) of a project is performed by your own forces?

Utschig, Inc. self-performs the design and management of the projects we construct. In todays market nearly 70% of construction projects are completed utilizing sub-contractors. It is our belief that hiring contractors that specialize in one trade will give our customers a better end product, resulting in higher satisfaction.

Are you a residential contractor as well?

If a client specifically requests our services to construct their home we would. However, we specialize in commercial construction.

Do you only build pre-engineered buildings?

While we are registered dealers for Ceco Building Systems and Varco-Pruden Buildings, we analyze the individual project and suggest the most economical structure for that customer. We have constructed numerous buildings with masonry, wood and structural steel.

Can you construction finance our project?

Depending upon the dollar amount and the duration of the project, we can and have provided construction financing for past customers.

Would you use Owner preferred vendors?

We continually use vendors that have worked for our clients in the past. The only requirement we ask is that the vendor(s) are qualified for the particular project, and perform their work in a professional manner.

Do you lease buildings?

While we do not actively pursue leasing customers, Utschig, Inc. can lease a facility if the client prefers.
