Utschig, Inc. started as a real estate company in the early 70's, working land acquisition and land transfers. Since the early 80's, Utschig, Inc. has grown from a residential based land company into a multi-functional Design/Build, Construction Manager specializing in the design and construction of Pre-Engineered building systems.

Utschig, Inc. has an on staff architect and several design technicians who provide quality documents from presentation to construction. Utschig, Inc. uses the latest technologies in producing these documents which compliment the team effort being given to our customers.
